Nutrament is an energy nutrition drink marketed as a complete nutritional beverage for snacks, meal replacements, or a post-workout snack. Each serving contains 16 grams of protein, calcium from skim milk, and 35% daily value of 24 vitamins and minerals, and is gluten-free and kosher certified.

The task at hand involved redesigning packaging to stand out on retail shelves and to elevate the brand’s status to be affordable, desirable, and more premium.
STRATEGYThe redesigned packaging communicates a quick and clean energy boost through use of dynamic lightning graphics, while maintaining motion elements from the original design. Three key health claims are prominently displayed against solid backgrounds for quick visibility on crowded shelves, reinforcing Nutrament's “nuritional energy” positioning in the market.

The typography was strategically upgraded with a bold, condensed typeface positioned horizontally across the package, replacing the previous diagonal treatment to appeal to upper-middle-class consumers and convey premium positioning.

A bold, rich colour palette ensures clear flavor differentiation, addressing competitors' weakness of relying on white or single-colour designs with minimal colour variation. These distinctive colours enable quick flavor identification for hurried shoppers seeking convenient energy solutions.
